Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Broker at Mortgage Time. The Mortgage Broker will provide regulated mortgage and protection advice to clients, assessing their financial circumstances, needs, and risk profile to recommend suitable products. Day-to-day tasks include managing client enquiries, conducting consultations via phone or video, preparing and submitting mortgage applications, and liaising with lenders, insurers, and other third parties. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, supporting clients through the full mortgage journey, and providing clear information on fees and risks. The Mortgage Broker will contribute to business growth by nurturing client relationships and supporting marketing initiatives where needed.

Qualifications
- Strong mortgage advisory skills, including experience as Mortgage Brokers and in Brokerage.
- Finance-related skills, including knowledge of Finance and Debt Consolidation.
- Mortgage marketing skills, including experience in Mortgage Marketing and client outreach.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
- Relevant UK mortgage advisory qualifications (e.g., CeMAP or equivalent) and knowledge of FCA regulations.
- Comfortable working remotely, managing their own pipeline, and using digital tools for client meetings and documentation.
- Prior experience in UK residential and buy-to-let mortgage markets is beneficial.
