We are a specialist UK mortgage brokerage focused on assisting international investors, expatriates, foreign nationals, and non-UK residents purchasing and refinancing residential investment property in the United Kingdom. Working with a panel of specialist UK lenders, we provide tailored financing solutions for overseas clients seeking Buy-to-Let, portfolio, limited company, expatriate, and investment property mortgages.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mortgage Broker to join our Manchester and London offices. The successful candidates will be responsible for advising overseas clients on UK property finance solutions and managing mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and fact-finding meetings.
- Assess client circumstances, borrowing requirements, and investment objectives.
- Advise foreign national, expatriate, and non-resident clients on suitable UK mortgage solutions.
- Structure mortgage applications for Buy-to-Let, limited company, portfolio landlord, and investment property transactions.
- Liaise with UK lenders, solicitors, valuers, developers, and other third parties.
- Collect and review client documentation including identification, income, asset, and source of funds documentation.
- Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and case notes.
- Ensure all client files meet internal compliance and AML requirements.
- Develop relationships with property developers, introducers, accountants, wealth advisers, and professional partners.
- Achieve individual lending and revenue targets.

Essential Requirements
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent recognised mortgage qualification).
- Minimum 2 years' mortgage advisory experience.
- Strong understanding of UK mortgage products and lending criteria.
- Experience working with international clients, expatriates, or foreign nationals.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organisational and case management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
Desirable Experience
- Experience arranging UK Buy-to-Let mortgages.
- Knowledge of limited company and portfolio landlord lending.
- Experience working with high-net-worth and international investors.
- Existing network of introducers or property industry contacts.
- Experience with UK specialist lenders serving overseas borrowers.
