Description
- Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to individual client needs.
- Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from a range of providers.
- Manage the entire mortgage application process from start to completion.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lenders.
- Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
- Handle client queries and provide timely, accurate information.
- Support administrative tasks related to mortgage applications and approvals.

Profile
A successful Mortgage Broker should have:
- Proven experience in mortgage advising or broking.
- A strong understanding of mortgage products and the application process.
- CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
