Department: Case Management Team

Location: United Kingdom

Compensation: £32,000 - £36,000 / year

Description

Meet the Mortgage Case Management Team

We’ve got a great team made up of 21 Case Managers and 3 Team Leaders. Our Case Managers take care of Keying DIPs and applications and guiding mortgage cases from Submission to completion. They really know their stuff and are trusted to get things done the right way.

This setup means we can tailor the mortgage journey to each customer. We move quickly, collaborate closely, and back each other all the way. Whether someone’s staying put or making a big move, we’re here to make mortgages feel a whole lot easier.

How we work

The role is 39 hours per week worked on a shift pattern:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00–17:30.
  • Friday: alternating each week between 9:00–16:30 and 10:00–17:30 — giving an earlier finish every other week.
  • Saturdays: not currently in the rota; offered as voluntary overtime.

What will you be doing?

As an experienced Case Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in progressing customer mortgage applications from submission through to completion - at speed and with precision. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that thrives under pressure and delivers industry-leading service at scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
