Our client is a very well established firm in Manchester looking for mortgage case managers.
Role Overview
Experienced mortgage case manager within a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Compensation
c35K package
Work Arrangement
Hybrid flexible working with 3 days in the office.
The Role
- Manage mortgage and lending applications from initial enquiry through to completion
- Liaise with lenders, underwriters, valuers, solicitors, and clients throughout the process
- Package and submit high-quality applications across a range of lending products
- Proactively manage pipelines and keep all parties updated on progress
- Resolve queries and outstanding requirements quickly to ensure smooth completions
- Support brokers in delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the journey

- Experience working as a Mortgage Case Manager, Mortgage Administrator, Lending Coordinator, or similar
- Strong understanding of the mortgage application process
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously without compromising accuracy
