Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting clients by assessing their needs and coordinating appropriate services. This position requires a strong understanding of financial services and basic maths skills to assist clients effectively in managing their cases and navigating available resources.

Duties

  • Telephone Manner – the successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and speak with confidence, clarity, empathy, and professionalism. Objection-handling skills are essential.
  • Chasing – Contacting clients to get any relevant information that the lenders have requested. Contacting lenders to get the case processed and offered as quickly as possible.
  • Case Updates – Updating the CRM systems to ensure the clients' files are up to date with all the information of their ongoing cases.
  • Filling – Correlating the clients' paperwork into files to make sure all the relevant details are in order and up to date.

Experience

  • Previous experience in case management or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial services is essential for assisting clients with budgeting and resource management.
  • Basic maths skills are required to help clients understand financial concepts effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are necessary for maintaining accurate records.
  • A compassionate approach with a commitment to supporting individuals in need is vital for this role.
  • A thorough understanding of the mortgage process.
  • Meticulous approach to paperwork, accuracy of data entry/electronic filing is essential.
  • Whilst training will be given in a “live” environment, your ability to multi-task in a vibrant office is essential.
  • A strong understanding of Adobe, MS Word, and MS Excel is essential.
  • Use of the company’s CRM system will be trained.
  • A clear, concise, polite, and assertive telephone manner is essential.
