Mortgage Administrator | Hybrid London | Up to £32,000 + £4,000 Bonus
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join one of the UK's most respected and established mortgage brokerages.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a fantastic reputation for client service, a supportive team culture, and clear opportunities for long term development.
- Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)
- Salary up to £32,000 DOE

The Role
You'll be supporting a team of successful Mortgage Advisers, managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion and acting as a key point of contact for clients, lenders, solicitors and third parties.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing mortgage applications from submission through to completion
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors and clients
- Chasing outstanding documentation and mortgage offers
- Maintaining case management systems and records
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the process
- Supporting multiple advisers with their day to day administration

What We're Looking For
- Previous Mortgage Administration experience
- Good understanding of lender criteria and mortgage processes
- Experience working with brokers, lenders and solicitors
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Positive, proactive team player
