At Lisa Parmley Mortgage Management, we're fortunate to work with wonderful clients who trust us with some of the biggest decisions they'll ever make.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a very special person to join us as a Mortgage & Marketing Assistant.

This isn't a traditional admin role.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves helping people, thrives on organisation, pays attention to the smallest details and takes pride in delivering exceptional service every single day.

You'll be helping us deliver the warm, personal service that we're known for.

What you'll be doing

You'll become an important part of our client journey, helping us deliver the high-touch, personal service we're known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients throughout their mortgage and insurance journey
  • Managing client communications and follow-ups
  • Preparing welcome packs and client care materials
  • Organising documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing internal systems and keeping tasks up to date
  • Assisting with client retention activities and annual reviews
  • Helping coordinate surveys, testimonials and referrals
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and social media activity
  • Assisting the team with day-to-day business administration
  • Looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the client experience

About you

You don't need mortgage experience for this role.

What matters most is your attitude, personality and willingness to learn. You'll be:

  • Naturally organised and highly detail-oriented
  • Warm, friendly and confident communicating with people
  • Professional whilst remaining approachable and down to earth
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your workload independently
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems

📍 Wiltshire ⏰ Part-time position (15 hours/2 days per week)
