Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser

Are you a driven Mortgage & Protection Adviser looking for quality leads, flexibility, and the opportunity to help shape a growing business?

Steadman Hawkes Ltd is looking to appoint a Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser to support increasing client demand across Worcestershire and the West Midlands.

We are a growing, client-focused firm with a strong reputation in the local area. With a consistent flow of qualified opportunities already available and plans to further expand our marketing activity, this is an excellent opportunity for an adviser who wants to build a successful long-term business with the support of an ambitious firm.

What We're Looking For

  • CeMAP or CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice
  • Mortgage & Protection advice experience
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills
  • Driven, accountable and personable approach
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities
  • Ability to generate own leads or access to an existing client bank

Lead Flow & Support

You'll have access to:

  • Quality mortgage opportunities
  • Existing client referrals and repeat business
  • Strong client relationships generating highly proceedable enquiries
  • Comprehensive mortgage administration support
  • Internal support for client onboarding, sales progression and relationship management
