Mortgage & Protection Adviser - Employed
Location: Stourbridge, West Midlands
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home working)

About the Role
Infinity Financial Advice is seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join its growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established and highly regarded mortgage practice that benefits from a strong local reputation, a prominent high street presence, excellent estate agency relationships, and a consistent flow of leads.
You'll be joining a business that allows advisers to focus on what they do best: advising clients and writing business. With dedicated case managers and technical administration support handling much of the post-sale process, you'll have the infrastructure needed to maximise your earning potential.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
- Manage and convert estate agency generated leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agency partners
- Conduct client fact-finds and recommend suitable mortgage and protection solutions
- Manage a busy pipeline of new enquiries, applications, and follow-up appointments
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with case managers and support staff to ensure positive client outcomes
- Proactively generate additional opportunities through referrals and existing relationships
Requirements
- Qualification: CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
- Experience:
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser
- Experience writing both mortgage and protection business
- Skills:
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple cases and competing priorities
- Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially driven
- Strong understanding of FCA and regulatory requirements
- Other:
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to commute to Stourbridge regularly
