Mortgage & Protection Adviser | Fully Remote
📍 UK Remote
💷 £30,000 Basic Salary + Incremental Bonus Scheme
Crystal Clear Financial Services is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for an adviser with at least 2 years' experience who is confident advising on both mortgage and protection products and, importantly, has the drive to build business within their local community.
This Is Not Just a Lead-Provided Role
Whilst qualified leads will be provided, we are looking for someone who can actively create additional opportunities through:
- Local networking and relationship building
- Referrals from existing clients
- Connections with estate agents, introducers, and local businesses
- Social media and community engagement
- Proactive lead generation activity within their local area

What You'll Need
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong protection knowledge and sales capability
- Experience generating business through networking, referrals, and self-sourced leads
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work successfully in a remote environment
- Ambitious with a genuine desire to grow and progress within a developing business
