🏡 We're Hiring: Mortgage & Protection Sales Advisor | Appleby-In-Westmorland
📍 Location: Appleby-In-Westmorland, Cumbria (Office-based with 4-day week option)
💼 Employment Type: Full-time
💰 Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 basic + uncapped bonuses
📅 Start Date: Q1/Q2 2026 (Looking specifically for the right delegate here)

Are you a driven and experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor looking to join a respected, client-focused firm with a strong reputation, offering Nationwide advice specialising in supporting Military personnel – both serving and veterans as well as supporting Blue light professionals?
Patrick James Solutions (a trading style of Infinite FS) is a key account of Quilter, offering trusted mortgage and protection advice across the UK. Based in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside, we pride ourselves on building long-term client relationships through personalised, face-to-face and remote services.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering tailored Mortgage & Protection advice to a wide range of clients
- Recommending suitable products including life assurance, income protection, and home cover
- Managing end-to-end applications and liaising with lenders, providers, estate agents, and solicitors
- Staying up to date with market trends and compliance requirements
- Building long-term relationships through exceptional service
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- CeMAP qualified (Competent Adviser Status preferred)
- Proven track record in Mortgage & Protection sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resilient
- Own client bank required; additional leads provided
