Are you an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser looking for the security of an employed role, quality leads and genuine opportunities to grow your earnings and client base?
Our client is a successful and growing financial services business looking for an ambitious adviser to join its established team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants the best of both worlds — a steady flow of quality leads provided by the business, whilst having the opportunity to develop their own client bank and professional introducer relationships.
You will:
- Provide mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
- Work with a strong pipeline of quality leads provided by the business.
- Build and develop your own client bank and professional introducer relationships.
- Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Identify protection opportunities and ensure clients and their families are appropriately protected.
- Deliver excellent customer outcomes and maintain high professional standards.
- Proactively develop your business and build long-term client relationships.

We're looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser who has:
- CeMAP or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Strong customer service skills
- A genuine desire to develop and grow their career
- The commercial mindset to identify mortgage and protection opportunities
