About The Job

3T Finance Solutions Ltd is looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join its established and growing brokerage.

Based in Wokingham and offering fully remote working, this opportunity is ideal for an adviser who wants greater flexibility, autonomy and control over their working week while benefiting from the support of an established business.

As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you will support clients through important financial decisions, providing tailored mortgage and protection advice based on their individual circumstances and objectives.

You will manage your own client relationships and develop your business independently, with optional lead support available to help supplement your own client generation activity.

Commission structure

The commission structure is designed to reward advisers as their business grows:

  • 80% commission split on annual commission up to £60,000
  • 85% commission split at £80,000+ annual commission
  • Monthly fees ranging from £0 to £140
  • 65% commission split on leads provided by the company

Commission arrangements and applicable fees should be confirmed as part of the recruitment process.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Mortgage & Protection Adviser who is comfortable working independently within a self-employed environment.

You Will Ideally Have

  • A minimum of one year’s experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
  • Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
  • CeMAP qualification or equivalent
  • Strong mortgage and protection knowledge
  • A self-motivated and commercially focused approach
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • A commitment to delivering positive client outcomes
