We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser who wants to build a long-term career within a growing and ambitious business. You'll be part of a supportive team, and be trusted to do what you do best. Deliver great advice to our clients.

What We Are Offering:
- Employed or Self-employed role.
- Full training and ongoing support.
- Supportive environment that encourages continuous development.
- Use of modern systems and processes designed to support quality advice.
- Uncapped earnings with realistic OTE of £45,000 – £70,000+
- The role will be predominantly based at our Seaford Office, with days-based working from some of our introducer’s offices in Sussex and Central London.
What we’re looking for:
- CeMAP qualified with competent adviser status
- Proven experience of at least 12 months in mortgage advising, including remortgages and product transfers as well as ensuring that these homeowners are financially resilient.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a client-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
