Mortgage and Protection Case Manager

Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Office-Based

About the Company

We are working with an established, growing mortgage and protection brokerage with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, personalised advice and service. The business operates on a whole-of-market basis, supporting clients across residential mortgages, buy-to-let, remortgages and high-net-worth lending, alongside personal and business protection.

The company has built its reputation around expert advice, strong client relationships and finding solutions for both straightforward and more complex cases. With a team bringing a combined 50 years of industry experience, there is a strong emphasis on doing the right thing for clients and maintaining a high standard of service.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and growing team where you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced advisers, take ownership of a varied caseload and play an important role in the continued growth of the business.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Case Manager to join a growing and supportive whole-of-market brokerage based in Hemel Hempstead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking full ownership of cases, managing mortgage and protection applications from submission through to completion.

Working closely with advisers, lenders, providers, solicitors and clients, you will proactively progress cases, resolve queries and ensure a high level of service throughout the client journey. You will be responsible for managing a busy pipeline of cases, prioritising workloads and handling both straightforward and more complex applications across a wide range of lenders and providers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
