At KFH we are looking for a mortgage sales consultant to join our team in Wimbledon, London. With over 50 branches across the capital we are London’s largest property services groups, and we are growing! We offer a range of services including sales, lettings and conveyancing partnerships.
You’ll be the key link between our estate agency clients and our trusted mortgage partner; helping buyers, sellers, and prospective movers connect with expert advice. This is not a hard sales role, it’s about building rapport, understanding customer needs, and guiding them toward the right support at the right time.
Responsibilities of a mortgage sales consultant include:
- Engaging with estate agency clients (buyers, sellers, and viewers) to introduce mortgage services
- Booking appointments directly into mortgage advisers’ calendars
- Promoting the value of our trusted mortgage partner and the benefits they offer
- Liaising with branch teams (negotiators and managers) to maximise referral opportunities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
