About the Role
As Mortgage Sales Manager, you will lead a team of six brokers who receive a consistent flow of qualified leads from established introducer and broker relationships.

Your focus will be on coaching, performance management, sales optimisation and ensuring the team consistently delivers exceptional service while achieving revenue targets. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys developing high-performing teams and driving commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of six mortgage brokers.
- Monitor individual and team performance against agreed sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver coaching, mentoring and training to maximise conversion rates and revenue generation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development plans.
- Support brokers with complex cases and escalations when required.
- Drive a positive, high-performance sales culture.
- Analyse pipeline activity, sales metrics and business performance.
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, customer service and client outcomes.
Package
- Basic salary of £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in mortgage brokerage, property finance or specialist lending.
- Previous experience managing, leading or mentoring a team of brokers.
- Strong understanding of residential mortgages, buy-to-let lending and the wider mortgage market.
- Track record of driving team performance and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent coaching, communication and people management skills.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and customer outcomes.
- Ability to motivate, inspire and develop high-performing sales professionals.
