Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading independent provider of residential surveying services, as they search for Residential Surveyors to join their expanding team. Offering a salary of up to £70,000 (dependent on experience), alongside an excellent uncapped bonus scheme with an OTE around c£15,000, car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package including car allowance, private healthcare, pension, gym membership, death in service and more.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will hold an AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification and with post-qualification experience. You'll be responsible for managing your own dedicated geographical patch, carrying out residential valuations and surveys while delivering a high standard of customer service.

The locations our client are looking to hire in are: Bath, Bolton, Worthing, Carlisle, Bridgend and the Valleys, Chelmsford, Rugby and Kettering, Dartford, Huddersfield and Wakefield, Central and North Liverpool, Lancaster, Leicester, Grantham, Kings Lynn and Norfolk, Preston, Worksop and Doncaster, South West Wales, Southampton, Stoke, and Worcester and Hereford.

- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified with a minimum of one year's surveying experience
- Previous experience undertaking residential valuations and home surveys
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own diary effectively
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within your allocated postcode area
Roles & Responsibilities
- Carry out residential mortgage valuations and home surveys within your designated postcode area
- Produce accurate, high-quality reports using the latest surveying technology
- Manage your own workload, ensuring reports are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Build positive relationships with homeowners, lenders, and other stakeholders during property visits
- Maintain professional standards while adapting to evolving surveying practices and regulations
