MOT Technician
Our client, one of the UK's fastest-growing fast-fit automotive businesses, is currently looking for a MOT Technician based at their retail center in Swadlincote.
Responsibilities
As a MOT Technician, you would be responsible for completing MOTs on customers' cars, as well as other light repair work.
Requirements
To be applicable for this role, you must have a valid MOT licence, as well as experience working as a Vehicle Technician. You do not need to be a qualified technician for this role. Our client is happy to put you through your qualifications!

Pay / Salary
£34,000 - £36,000, dependent on experience
OTE
Uncapped and realistic £3,600
Shift and Schedule
08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday; Saturdays 08:30 - 16:00 on a rota with a day off in the week.

MOT Technician Responsibilities
- Completing MOTs on customer vehicles
- Light and full-service work
- Fast fit duties as and when required
- Working with the rest of the workshop to achieve targets
- Working with other center departments (Service, Parts, etc) and ensuring that they are well informed
- Ensure the correct DVSA process is followed
Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence Essential
- Experience working as a Vehicle Technician (no qualifications needed)
- Experience as an MOT Tester
- A valid MOT licence Essential
- Have a passion for the Automotive industry and want to develop further
- Want to learn and develop your knowledge of Hybrid cars
