Location: Andover
Salary: Up to £37,000 Basic Salary + Monthly, Performance & Quarterly Bonuses

About Our Client
Our client is a leading vehicle servicing, MOT and repair specialist with 30 autocentres nationwide. Known for their commitment to quality workmanship, transparent pricing and exceptional customer service, they continue to grow and invest in their people.
Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced MOT Tester to join their busy and successful team in Andover.
The Role
As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for carrying out MOT inspections in line with DVSA standards while supporting the workshop team in delivering outstanding service to customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Class 4 and 7 MOT tests
- Identify and report vehicle defects
- Carry out vehicle inspections and diagnostics
- Support servicing and repair work when required
- Ensure all work complies with DVSA regulations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain a safe, clean and efficient working environment
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 5-day working week
- One weekday off on a rota basis
- No Sunday working
Requirements
- Valid Class 4/7 MOT Licence
- Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Minimum 2 years' experience within automotive servicing and MOT testing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, proactive and team-focused approach
