Job Title: MOT Tester
Location: Reading, RG2
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £37,000 + Team Bonus
Hours: 45 hours between 08:30 – 17:30 (Mon-Fri) and 08:00 – 17:00 (Saturday as per rota)
Our client are experts in vehicle servicing, MOT's & repairs. Established in 2008, they now have 30 autocentres nationwide offering their customers simple, transparent pricing and service that is second to none.
We are now recruiting for a MOT Tester / MOT Technician to join their fantastic autocentre in Reading.
Job Role:
As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for conducting MOT tests to Government standards, helping to keep our customers safe and legal on the road. You will guide customers through the MOT process, providing updates on progress, discussing any additional work required, and clearly explaining the reasons behind any test failures. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering both exceptional technical standards and outstanding customer service, with a focus on building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications Required:
- Valid MOT Licence – Class 4/7 - Essential
- Full UK driving licence - Essential
