LSH Auto is seeking a qualified and experienced MOT Tester to join our Mercedes Benz dealership team. In this role, you will conduct MOT tests to ensure vehicles meet all regulatory safety and environmental standards, playing a key part in maintaining our high-quality service reputation.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £30,750
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out MOT testing on a variety of vehicles in compliance with DVSA standards and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant testing area.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding MOT outcomes and necessary repairs.
- Assist the workshop team as needed to promote efficient service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Current and valid MOT Testing qualification in compliance with DVSA requirements.
- Demonstrable experience performing MOT tests, preferably within a Mercedes Benz or equivalent automotive environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow prescribed testing procedures.
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Valid UK driving licence is essential.
