The Role
As an MOT Tester, you'll be responsible for delivering MOT tests to the highest standards, with the key objective of keeping customers safe on the road.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out MOT tests in line with Government standards and regulations
- Keeping customers updated throughout the MOT process
- Clearly explaining any work required and the reasons behind an MOT failure
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and cleanliness within the centre
About You
You'll need:
- A valid MOT Tester licence
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of MOT standards and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- The flexibility to get involved and support the wider centre team when needed
