We're on the hunt for a Motion Designer

We're on the hunt for a Motion Designer who's as comfortable crafting beautiful animations as they are slicing up slick video edits. You'll join our creative team to bring ideas to life across digital campaigns, brand content, and everything in between - with a hand in shaping narratives from concept to final frame, not just moving pixels.

What you'll be doing

  • Animate engaging motion pieces across campaigns, social and branded content
  • Edit video content for a variety of formats and channels
  • Contribute to the design phase of campaigns, from key visuals to storyboarding, working closely with Creative Designers
  • Own briefs end-to-end — from concept and footage sourcing through to final delivery — while working within brand guidelines and pushing creative boundaries

Skills, knowledge & expertise

  • A portfolio demonstrating strong experience in motion design, animation and video editing
  • Strong After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite skills (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Confident across the full animation/video creation process, from storyboard to render, with a sharp eye for typography, layout and visual storytelling
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills — a highly motivated team player

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
