ABOUT THE JOB
As a Motion Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating high-performing, scroll-stopping visual content across paid and organic social channels.
You will play a hands-on creative role in bringing brand campaigns to life through dynamic motion graphics and sharp video editing, working closely with our paid media and social teams.

Our service offering includes Organic Social, Creative, Influencer, Paid & Commerce.
We’re a team of 70+ across Bath, London and the U.S, with big ambitions to continue delivering industry-leading social-first work.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing scroll-stopping motion assets tailored primarily for Paid Social (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest), along with supporting visual assets for Organic Social.
- Editing short-form and long-form video content, combining raw footage, kinetic typography, graphic overlays, and audio to build engaging, performance-led creative.
- Concepting and storyboarding social-first ideas alongside creative directors, copywriters, and paid media strategists.
- Adapting and optimising existing brand assets into dynamic video and motion formats designed for platform-specific safe zones and specs.
- Iterating on visual hooks, creative variations, and ad formats based on performance data and client KPIs.
- Managing your design workflows, maintaining organised visual asset libraries, and delivering high-quality work to agreed timelines.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in motion design and video editing, ideally within a marketing agency or fast-paced brand environment.
- Deep proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A portfolio or showreel showcasing expertise in motion graphics, video editing, pacing, typography, and social media creative.
- A native understanding of platform-specific best practices, trends, and video formats across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta.
- An organised approach to managing design files, rendering pipelines, and multiple project timelines simultaneously.
- A performance mindset—you appreciate the balance between beautiful design aesthetics and assets that drive real conversions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work effectively alongside internal teams.
