£450–£500/day PAYE
We’re hiring a Product Motion Designer to join a global FinTech digital product team.
This is not a traditional brand, campaign, social-content or video-motion role.
The role is approximately:
- 70% product motion design
- 30% interaction design and Figma prototyping
You’ll design motion for mobile apps, web platforms and digital product interfaces, helping make user journeys clearer, more engaging and easier to use.
What you’ll do
- Design motion for mobile apps, websites and digital products
- Create UI transitions, micro-interactions, loading states and feedback behaviours
- Build interactive prototypes and user journeys in Figma
- Work closely with Product Design, UX and Engineering teams

What we need
- Strong motion-design experience with exposure to interface animations
- A portfolio showing motion within websites, apps, mobile interfaces or digital products
- Strong Figma skills, including interactive prototyping
- Experience with UI transitions, micro-interactions and interaction behaviours
- Available for an initial 3-month contract
- Able to work onsite in London five days per week

Portfolio requirements
Your portfolio must include relevant examples of:
- Motion within mobile apps, websites or digital product interfaces
- UI transitions, component animation and micro-interactions
- Mobile-first or responsive product experiences
Please note: portfolios focused purely on brand animation, social content, advertising, video production or showreels will not be suitable without clear examples of digital, web or app-based motion.
