Bring brands and ideas to life through thoughtful, impactful motion design. Combining strong creative thinking, design craft, and technical skills to create work that is distinctive.

Role:

As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering motion graphics and editing content that help elevate brand narratives across a variety of mediums and touchpoints.

  • You’ll work across a broad range of projects, from brand films and social content to motion identities and campaigns, exploring different techniques and approaches to find the right way to bring ideas and brands to life.
  • You’ll combine motion design, animation, and editing to create work that is both creatively ambitious and effective, with an understanding of how to craft content from concept through to final delivery.
  • As motion design continues to evolve, you will continue developing as a motion generalist, exploring 2D, developing 3D skills, and experimenting with emerging technologies such as AI.
  • You’ll be curious to learn, experiment, and share knowledge with the wider team.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate creative ideas and brand identities into compelling motion design.
  • Develop and present motion concepts and explorations.
  • Bring ideas to life through strong animation, editing, and visual craft.

  • Understand the roles of the wider team and collaborate effectively to deliver timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal expertise and client knowledge to create better motion graphics.
  • Actively offer ideas and opportunities to other teams.
  • Share knowledge and help grow the team through self-initiated learning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
