Joining the motion team at a specialist B2B agency for FMCG clients where the house style is graphic-design-led motion: moving type, animated shapes, footage woven in for social and beyond. They’re looking for someone who can bring energy and their own creative ideas to the work.
The Role
You'll create social-first motion across major food and drink brands - the kind of household names you already know from the supermarket aisle. Recipe videos, reels in multiple formats, hero films, integrated campaign assets. Some weeks that's editing shoot footage into a run of cut-downs. On a single large campaign, that can mean five channel environments, each with a hero film and three or four motion executions of its own.

You'll start on editing and asset creation. As you settle in, the path widens into storyboarding, shoot planning, and art direction, taking a brand identity, building the shoot plan and storyboards, art-directing the shoot itself, then producing the social.
The Package
- £30,000 - £40,000
- Hybrid: 2-3 days in the office
- 12-month fixed-term contract
- Open to location, office within reach of North London, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire
The Person
A Motion Designer who's built strong 2D motion skills but has a background understanding in design; you have one to two years at motion-creative level, you’re fluent in After Effects and Premiere Pro, and you’re comfortable turning shoot footage into multiple cut-downs.

You understand hierarchy and what reads well because you came up through design. Shoot experience and additional 3D skills are welcome. You want to bring ideas, not just execute someone else's.
