Job Description
Here at Entain Creative we are hiring a Motion Designer. As our Motion Designer you will be responsible for delivering standout concepts and design executions for 360 campaigns across all touchpoints. Delivering across all Tiers of briefs but with a focus on top tier and supervising delivery of BAU as needed.

Entain Creative are the engine behind the campaigns we run across social, digital, TV, and CRM, concepting, crafting, and producing ideas that drive real business results across the Entain brand family (Ladbrokes, Coral, Foxy and Gala to name just a few!) We thrive on variety, creative energy, and making the complex feel seamless.
Key Duties
- Create and execute high-quality motion graphics and animated content across digital, social, web, CRM, and OOH.
- Collaborate with designers, art directors, and copywriters to bring creative ideas to life.
- Ensure strong layout, composition, and brand consistency across motion and static assets.
- Edit and animate video content using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Work within brand guidelines while finding innovative ways to elevate storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up-to-date with design, animation, and AI-driven creative trends.
- Support print design projects when required, ensuring seamless integration across digital and physical assets.

Qualifications
Ideal candidate:
- Experience in motion design, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team.
- Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, composition, and brand execution.
- Ability to work from concept to final execution, delivering high-quality animated assets.
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with stakeholders.
