About Your Team

You'll join our Performance Creative team, a small, hands-on crew of designers and video editors working on performance ads, brand videos and motion graphics. The team is growing to support new, bigger projects, and creative decisions here are about what performs, not what looks good.

You will work closely with creative strategists to produce performance ads, brand videos, motion graphics, static creatives, tutorials and product content. This is a hands on role combining strong visual storytelling, fast production, performance insights and AI assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Create performance ads, brand videos, motion graphics, tutorials and product videos
  • Manage projects from approved brief or concept through final delivery
  • Adapt creatives for different platforms, formats, placements and audiences
  • Read scripts and concepts, identify the visual assets needed, and independently generate or source supporting footage, B-roll, reference images, and other creative elements using AI and other production tools
  • Produce multiple variations for ongoing creative tests
  • Use performance insights to improve hooks, pacing, messaging and execution
  • Collaborate with creative strategists on briefs, audiences, references and campaign goals
  • Contribute hooks, visual ideas, and script improvements when needed
  • Create supporting graphics, text animation, visual effects and static assets
  • Use AI tools to generate, enhance, animate, localize and scale content
  • Follow advertising trends, competitor creatives and platform best practices
  • Test new formats, tools, editing styles and automation workflows
  • Build reusable templates and maintain organized project files

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
