Key Responsibilities
- Design and animate high-quality Lottie JSON micro-interactions for mobile apps and digital products.
- Create motion concepts, storyboards, and animation flows for in-app elements.
- Produce smooth, optimized animations using Adobe After Effects + Bodymovin.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure animations align with product behavior and usability standards.
- Develop creative visuals and iconography for brands when assets are not provided.
- Ensure all animations are mobile-optimized, lightweight, and consistent across iOS and Android.
- Maintain strong attention to brand identity—especially for FMCG and retail brands.
- Participate in reviews, implement feedback, and deliver animations within weekly production timelines.
- Organize and package final deliverables (JSON, MP4 previews, AEP source files, asset folders).
- Continuously explore new motion trends and propose innovative ideas for product experiences.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, preferably in digital products or mobile apps.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Bodymovin/Lottie, and vector-based animation workflows.
- Experience working with FMCG, e-commerce, or app-based brands is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to convert static designs into engaging micro-animations.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and how motion supports user journeys.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with weekly deliverables.
- Strong portfolio showcasing Lottie animations, interface animations, or app-centric motion work.
- Experience creating custom illustrations or product elements when brand assets are unavailable.
- Familiarity with product design tools (Figma, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with design, product, and project teams.
