🚀 NEW ROLE | GRAPHIC & MOTION DESIGNER | £42K–£48K | HYBRID 🚀
I’m working with a high-growth, award-winning UK SaaS business that’s looking for a talented Graphic & Motion Designer to join its marketing team. 👀
This is a brilliant opportunity for a designer who loves combining strong graphic design with motion, video and digital-first creative.
🎨 The Role
You’ll be a hands-on creative partner, bringing the brand to life across campaigns, social, web, email, paid media, presentations and video.
You’ll have a particular focus on motion design and video storytelling, creating engaging, platform-native content for channels including LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
You’ll also:
- Create standout static and motion-led creative across brand and campaigns
- Lead motion design, video editing and animated content
- Develop social-first and digital-first creative assets
- Contribute to campaign concepts and creative direction
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve creative workflows and production
- Build templates and scalable design systems for wider teams
- Design with performance, engagement and commercial impact in mind
- Work closely with marketing and wider business stakeholders
- Stay ahead of emerging trends across design, motion, video and AI

👀 What They're Looking For
Someone with:
- Strong graphic design fundamentals across typography, layout, colour and composition
- Excellent motion design and video editing skills
- A strong understanding of digital and social-first creative
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- A great eye for brand consistency and creative quality
- Confidence using AI tools within the creative process
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines
- A proactive, curious and commercially minded approach
- A portfolio that demonstrates both static and motion work

💰 The Package
- £42,000–£48,000 depending on experience
- Horsham / Hybrid – 50% office-based
- Core hours: 10am–3:30pm
- 25 days holiday + your birthday off
- Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve afternoons off
