Join a Fast-Growing Decision Intelligence Startup
Produce a 60-second animated explainer video that communicates complex concepts in a visually engaging and human-centered way.
This project requires a skilled 2D/3D animator and motion graphics designer who can interpret brand guidelines and deliver a futuristic, graphically rich style. The role is ideal for creative professionals who excel at translating technical ideas into compelling visual stories and can work efficiently under tight deadlines.
The initial engagement will begin with a short paid trial task, with the potential for ongoing collaboration based on performance.
Deliverables
- Develop a 60-second animated explainer video aligned with existing brand design language and visual identity
- Create visually engaging motion graphics that simplify and clarify complex decision intelligence concepts
- Deliver all project source files and social-media-ready cutdowns
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging accuracy and brand consistency
- Complete a paid trial task by August 18, 2026, as part of the selection process
- Meet project milestones within a three-week timeline

Requirements
- Proven experience in 2D and 3D animation, with a strong portfolio of explainer or brand videos
- Advanced proficiency in animation and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines to create cohesive visual narratives
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling in animation
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Experience creating social media cutdowns and adapting content for multiple platforms
- Availability for a short paid trial task and immediate project start
- Prior experience working with startups or technology brands is a plus
