Job Description
This role involves creating a 3-minute, single-scene 2D animated explainer video for a fintech/B2B software product launch. The animation must employ a clean, diagram-driven style, featuring flat rounded panels, a restrained two-tone palette, dashed connectors, gentle camera movement, and burned-in captions. The visual narrative should clearly illustrate a system diagram assembling and a document or record updating as an asset progresses through its lifecycle, all while maintaining a calm, institutional tone. The project requires close adherence to a locked script, with structured revision rounds and weekly check-ins to ensure alignment with the creative vision and delivery timeline.
Deliverables
- 3-minute 2D animated explainer video (16:9 hero master)
- Silent looping booth version
- 60-second and 30-second cutdowns
- Square and vertical crops for social media
- SRT files and captioned versions
- Source files and asset ownership transfer
- Perpetual commercial rights for licensed music and voiceover
- All final versions delivered by October 5, 2026

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
