About The Role
We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer/Video Editor to join our creative team at Jet2.com. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality video and motion projects that enhance our brand presence across various platforms. You will work closely with other creative professionals, providing direction and support to ensure that all visual content aligns with the company's objectives and brand standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop compelling visual stories through social shorts, explainer videos, and other digital content that captivate audiences and elevate our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a keen visual storyteller with a strong eye for detail, capable of transforming ideas into engaging visual content from concept to final production. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the increasing demands of our digital and marketing initiatives, contributing to the ongoing growth and success of Jet2.com and Jet2Holidays.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
- Experience with Final Cut Pro or similar editing software is desirable
- Strong understanding of video production, post-production, and motion graphics techniques
- Excellent visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Experience working collaboratively within a creative team and across departments
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver all video and motion graphic projects within the Creative Services Studio
- Provide creative direction and support to other editors and artworkers
- Collaborate closely with various departments including Web & Ecommerce, Advertising, HR, and Tourism to understand project requirements and deliver impactful content
- Balance creative vision with business objectives to produce engaging motion graphics and post-production content
- Assist in evolving the company's brand, marketing, and advertising designs through innovative visual content
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage stakeholder expectations effectively and communicate project progress clearly
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and video editing to continually enhance the quality of deliverables
