The Role

We are seeking a client-focused insurance professional to lead Motor fleet broking activities across the global markets. The role involves assessing client business needs, structuring and pricing bespoke insurance solutions, managing insurer relationships, and driving effective placement strategies. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements while making expert use of broking systems.

  • Understand clients’ and prospects’ businesses, risks, and strategic objectives to deliver tailored motor insurance solutions
  • Lead placement strategies, including market selection, programme design, pricing, and negotiation with insurers across London and international markets
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Sales teams to structure, price, and deliver client solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with underwriters and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure full compliance with Willis Towers Watson guidelines, broking governance, and FCA requirements
  • Act as an expert user of all relevant broking systems and platforms
  • Foster a respectful, inclusive, and high-performance culture
