We have a fantastic opportunity for a Motor Claims Handler to join the team and can be based anywhere in the UK.

This role is ideal for someone with some existing motor claims experience who is looking to broaden their knowledge, develop new skills and take ownership of claims from start to finish. If you're customer-focused, proactive and eager to learn, you'll be given the tools and support needed to succeed.
As a Motor Claims Handler, you'll manage a varied caseload, guiding customers through what can often be a difficult time. From the initial notification of a claim through to settlement, you’ll gain exposure to every stage of the claims journey, including liability investigations, vehicle damage, credit hire and injury-related matters. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your expertise beyond a single area of claims and develop into a well-rounded claims professional.
You'll be empowered to take increasing ownership of your claims, making informed decisions, conducting investigations and driving claims towards timely and fair resolutions. Proactive claims management is at the heart of the role, and you'll play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving positive outcomes for all parties involved.

The skills you will have when you apply:
- Qualifications – A good standard of education, including GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications).
- Motor Claims Experience – Previous experience handling motor claims, including areas such as vehicle repairs, credit hire or personal injury claims.
- Customer Service Excellence – Strong customer service skills gained within a professional office environment, with a focus on delivering positive customer outcomes.
- Self-Motivation & Teamwork – Ability to work independently using your own initiative, while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Organisation & Prioritisation – Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Target Focused – Experience working towards monthly targets and objectives, with a commitment to achieving both individual and team goals.
- Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and convey information clearly and professionally.
- IT Proficiency – Confident using a range of IT systems and Microsoft Office applications in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills – Bilingual or multilingual abilities would be advantageous and are welcomed as part of our diverse global business.
