Role Description

Ready to shape the future of commercial underwriting? Elevate your career to new heights.

This is your moment to step into a role where your expertise drives real impact.

The ideal candidate would have Motor Fleet experience; however, we recognise that applicants with other underwriting/broking backgrounds would still be valuable to help drive growth and deliver results from our Leeds office on a hybrid model.

Join Allianz UK on our bold journey to become the UK’s Number 1 Commercial Insurer.

This is more than just a role, it’s your chance to be part of a transformative movement driving profitable growth and redefining excellence in the Motor Fleet space.

Pay: Circa £47,000 per year.

Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
