Motor Insurance Customer Care Agent
£26,000.00 - £28,000 per year (Dependant on insurance experience) plus a salary increase after 12 months + monthly bonus based on performance
Location: Rainham, Essex (4 days in office, Fridays from home after induction training completed)
MUST have minimum 1-year recent solid experience in MOTOR insurance (call centre, broker or customer service background).

What’s the Role About?
You’ll be part of the dynamic motor insurance team, helping customers choose the right cover and giving them a great experience from start to finish. You’ll be trusted to bring your expertise, contribute ideas and grow with us as we continue expanding.

What You’ll Get
- Salary: Starting at £26,000 - £28,000 plus an increase after 12 months
- Monthly % bonus based on performance + teamwork
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends!)
- Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays (rising to 30 with service)
- Location: Rainham, Essex (with great transport links and free parking)

What We’re Looking For
- MUST have minimum 1-year recent solid experience in Motor insurance (call centre, broker or customer service background)
- Strong communication and rapport building skills
- A positive team first attitude and hunger to succeed
- Confidence in guiding customers and solving problems with care
- A commitment to doing things the right way, fair, transparent and honest
