Role

Vehicle Technician (Level 2 or 3) Swindon

Reactive Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the largest dealership groups across the South of the UK. Due to continued success, their prestigious Swindon site require a number of experienced Vehicle Technicians.

Vehicle Technician Package

  • Excellent starting salary of between £30-35,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Approx. £10,000 per annum average bonus paid on top of the basic salary – very uncapped!
  • Working from their prestigious Swindon site - with flexible working hours – to be discussed at interview on a case by case basis
  • Rewarding loyalty with up to 33 days holiday per annum

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of vehicles
  • Diagnosing and resolving faults, in the workshop and on the road
  • Using up-to-date tools and systems to achieve first-time fixes
  • Working to brand and safety standards at all times
  • Maximising productivity through efficient use of workshop systems
  • Taking part in ongoing technical and brand-specific training

Experience Required

  • Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points)
  • Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Main dealership experience is preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
