Motorcycle Sales Consultant (BMW)
Oxford, Oxfordshire
Working Hours: 5 days a week, Mon-Sat (8.30am - 6:00pm Mon - Fri and 8:00am - 5:00pm Sat, one day off in the week)
Salary: £25,000 basic, £43,500 OTE (OTE guaranteed for 3 months)
Your role
Your job is to share your passion for our products in a pressure-free way. In many ways, you will be a 'brand ambassador.' The aim is to make customers feel excited about the bikes - and impressed that they are getting a personalised service.
One of the great things about the job is that you'll get to test drive every bike we sell. That way you can truly bring the experience of riding these amazing machines to life. But it's not just about highlighting the engine performance and the bike's features. It's about understanding the customer and how different bikes and options will fit their needs or simply give them riding pleasure.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
