Sales Executive

Salary: £25,400 DOE + OTE £20,000
Location: Bradford (other locations available)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding business within the automotive and retail sector, is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and takes genuine pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to final handover.

You’ll play a key role in driving sales performance, managing a busy pipeline, and promoting finance and add-on products — all while maintaining high showroom and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, engaging welcome to customers online, over the phone, and in the showroom
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries through the CRM system
  • Take ownership of your sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and clear communication
  • Promote finance options, warranties, and additional products to maximise revenue
  • Ensure accurate and detailed customer and sales records
  • Provide finance quotations and guide customers through the full purchase process
  • Handle payments, organise vehicle delivery/collection, and resolve first-line customer queries
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Processing, Workshop, Finance, and Sales
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to continually enhance performance

Essential:

  • Experience in customer-facing sales (telesales, retail, or automotive)
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, persuasive approach
  • Ability to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to succeed

Desirable:

  • An interest in motorcycles or previous sector experience
