Moving Motorcycles, part of Shippio Ltd, is a specialist UK and European motorcycle logistics provider. We are seeking a Motorcycle Transport & Warehouse Planner to support our growing operations from our Wollaston hub.
This internal operational role combines UK/EU transport planning, warehouse coordination, and fleet maintenance scheduling. It suits someone who enjoys structured planning, hands-on work, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan UK and European motorcycle transport routes
- Allocate jobs to drivers and produce compliant load plans
- Oversee warehouse movements and motorcycle handling
- Operate forklifts (counterbalance licence required)
- Coordinate servicing, MOTs, and repairs for the vehicle fleet
- Ensure compliance with UK and EU transport regulations
- Support operational reporting and KPIs
- Work early or late shifts to support out-of-hours vehicle loading
Requirements
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence
- Experience in UK/EU transport planning
- Strong understanding of transport compliance
- Experience with fleet maintenance scheduling
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
