Mover Essentials Coordinator
Mover Essentials is a specialist client onboarding and compliance service within the Lomond Group, supporting one of the UK's largest networks of estate and letting agencies. Every day, we help customers take the first steps in their property journey by delivering industry-leading onboarding, compliance, ID & AML verification and solicitor introductions.
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Mover Essentials Coordinator based in Herne Bay.
This is a full time, permanent position: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
The Role
Our Mover Essentials team helps buyers and sellers get legally prepared at the very start of their journey. By organising key documents and legal requirements upfront, they help speed up the sales process and make the entire transaction smoother and more efficient. In this role, you will:
- Build relationships with our recommended panel of solicitors and departments within the organisation
- Allocate instructed clients to a panel member - management of panel
- Craft clear, concise, and professional emails to internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone to facilitate positive outcomes for buyers and sellers
- Ensure timely completion of client forms while adhering to strict deadlines
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing workloads
- Draft professional emails for clients and prepare reports for management
- Coordinate and manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Consistently meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) relevant to the role
