We are seeking a proactive and service-focused MAC Coordinator to support the delivery of Moves and Changes, occupancy management, and workplace change activities across the UK estate. The role will help coordinate move requests from start to finish, maintain accurate occupancy data, support reporting, and work closely with FM, Workplace Services, Real Estate, stakeholders, end users, and external suppliers to ensure a smooth and professional workplace experience. The role will also provide general support for ad hoc CAD requests and contribute to small project work as needed, under guidance from a senior MAC team member.
Role Summary
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the MAC Lead with moves, changes, occupancy management, and minor project activity.
- Helping deliver UK moves from initial request through to completion, aligned with internal processes and service expectations.
- Maintaining and updating the Manhattan Occupancy Management system.
- Acting as a point of contact and escalation route for CBRE across occupancy and MAC-related processes.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Jefferies, CBRE teams, Workplace Services, Real Estate, and end users.
- Reporting on occupancy information, MAC activity, and minor project progress.
- Assisting with test fits across the client’s Real Estate portfolio.
- Managing offsite furniture storage with external suppliers and monitoring stock levels.
- Ensuring delivery against contract requirements, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting obligations.

Experience Required
- Experience working in a similar service-focused role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain high service standards with colleagues and stakeholders.
- AutoCAD experience.
- Experience managing/coordinating workplace moves, changes, and occupancy processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and deliver work to agreed outcomes and deadlines.
- Strong administrative and reporting capability, particularly around occupancy data, MAC activities, and project progress.
- High level of Microsoft computer literacy, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, client stakeholders, end users, and external suppliers.

Desirable
- Previous experience within Banking or Professional Services environments.
- Experience using or maintaining an occupancy management system/desk booking tool, specifically Manhattan One/Space Scheduler.
- Knowledge of furniture systems, reconfiguration processes, and workplace furniture stock management.
- Experience working in or supporting a trading floor environment.
- Experience managing offsite storage and liaising with external suppliers.
