Company Profile

CBRE is a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management services. Our mission is to realise the potential of our clients, professionals, and partners by building the real estate solutions of the future.

We are seeking a proactive and service-focused MAC Coordinator to support the delivery of Moves and Changes, occupancy management, and workplace change activities across the UK estate. The role will help coordinate move requests from start to finish, maintain accurate occupancy data, support reporting, and work closely with FM, Workplace Services, Real Estate, stakeholders, end users, and external suppliers to ensure a smooth and professional workplace experience. The role will also provide general support for ad hoc CAD requests and contribute to small project work as needed, under guidance from a senior MAC team member.

Role Summary

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the MAC Lead with moves, changes, occupancy management, and minor project activity.
  • Helping deliver UK moves from initial request through to completion, aligned with internal processes and service expectations.
  • Maintaining and updating the Manhattan Occupancy Management system.
  • Acting as a point of contact and escalation route for CBRE across occupancy and MAC-related processes.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Jefferies, CBRE teams, Workplace Services, Real Estate, and end users.
  • Reporting on occupancy information, MAC activity, and minor project progress.
  • Assisting with test fits across the client’s Real Estate portfolio.
  • Managing offsite furniture storage with external suppliers and monitoring stock levels.
  • Ensuring delivery against contract requirements, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting obligations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
