About the Role

Px Group is a fully integrated infrastructure solutions business, providing innovative operations management, engineering services, and energy management solutions to partners in high hazard, highly regulated industries. Our focus is improving operating performance of commercial and industrial facilities, with zero harm to people, environment, asset, and reputation.

We’re thrilled to have been awarded a 10-year Operations & Maintenance contract by WELP at the world’s first commercial scale plastic recycling plant and are now looking to form our amazing site team.

Based in Teesside, you’ll be key in delivering excellence in safe, efficient operations and maintenance using HydroPRS™ technology to chemically recycle end-of-life plastic. Joining us as we commission and start up, your experience and contributions will see us achieve recycling of over 20,000 tonnes of waste plastic each year, with the scope for expansion as we grow.

The Opportunity

The MPP Technician will support the efficient running of the plant under the instruction of the Shift Team Leader and in line with business, client & legislative requirements, philosophy, strategy, actions, results & compliance during all running states.

You’ll be supported with personalised on-the-job training, coaching, mentoring, and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
