MRICS Commercial & Trading Valuers Required
Location: London, Kent & South East England
Are you an experienced MRICS Valuation Surveyor looking for your next career move?
Due to continued growth and increasing demand across the property market, we are seeking Commercial and Trading Valuers to join our expanding Valuation team covering London, Kent, the Home Counties and the wider South East region.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly regarded team, working across a diverse range of valuation instructions while building lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts.

The Role
As a Valuation Surveyor, you will:
- Conduct Commercial and Trading property valuations
- Carry out site inspections and prepare detailed valuation reports
- Manage and develop relationships with clients, lenders, estate agents, solicitors and accountants
- Provide accurate and timely quotations
- Support business development activities and contribute to the continued growth of the team
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain high professional standards
About You

- MRICS qualification
- Bank / Secured Lending valuation experience
- Commercial and/or Trading valuation experience
- Strong report-writing and communication skills
- The ability to travel across London, Kent, the M25 and surrounding Home Counties
- A proactive, client-focused approach
