About the Role
A General Practice Chartered Surveyor is required for a well-respected and expanding independent firm of Chartered Surveyor based in Nottingham, that covers the Midlands, South Yorkshire, and Lincolnshire.
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who wants to further develop their experience with an independent practice that offers genuine career progression, with potential of equity.
A fully qualified MRICS/FRICS Surveyor is required for this role, which shall be office based offering the opportunity for hybrid / working from home.
The work is predominantly Valuation – Commercial and Residential - although applications from candidates who also hold experience across Property Management, Agency, Landlord & Tenant, and other professional work is most welcome, but not essential.

Client base is longstanding and growing, ranging from individuals to Institutions, and the diversity of work is wide, providing an interesting mix.
Core Responsibilities
- Compiling Valuation reports for lenders, institutions, pension funds and statutory purposes.
- You will be part of a valuation team dedicated to expanding and servicing our valuations clients.
Qualifications Required
- You will need to be RICS qualified, but additional specific training will be given.

Remuneration
- Attractive basic salary from £50,000 to £80,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
