We are looking for an experienced MRO Production Planner to join our team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our aircraft maintenance programmes.
Working within a small, collaborative team, you will develop and implement effective capacity planning strategies, processes and procedures, using ERP/MRP systems to optimise resources, improve operational performance and drive greater efficiency across our MRO operations.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact by helping us improve how we plan, manage and deliver our maintenance activities in a dynamic aerospace environment.
Responsibilities
- Maximise efficiency and utilisation of available plant hours, incorporating planned maintenance cycles
- Lead material demand planning and stock control activities
- Own and develop capacity planning capabilities across the organisation
- Ensure full integration of capacity planning within ERP/MRP systems
- Drive capacity planning activities to meet operational requirements while optimising manufacturing efficiency and cost
- Continuously refine systems and planning methods to better anticipate customer needs and support tender and PCAF stages
- Manage and mitigate deviations from plan, particularly those with financial impact
- Monitor manufacturing processes and data to identify capacity constraints, trends, and improvement opportunities

Requirements
- A degree in Engineering or Business (preferred), or equivalent qualifications such as Six Sigma or Lean
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present reports and insights clearly
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
- A self-motivated approach, with the ability to deliver accurate work to tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
